“BUT I have not received them. I ordered 3 of these on 13th August 2020 and received invoice/receipt for them by email that day. I have not yet received them (today is 28th August). They may have gone astray as there was a typographical error in the postcode (probably my mistake). I emailed you on 25th August saying they had not arrived and asking if/when they had been dispatched, how they had been sent and whether they had been returned to you. So far I have had no reply. I am getting more of these because I recently fitted the one I got as a spare several years ago proved to be exactly what needed and it is working very well.”
