Ideal for areas that are subjected to frequent heavy use eg. driveways, car parks, stairs, walkways, high traffic public areas, and industrial floors and work areas. FLAG Heavy Duty Elastomeric Coating has been blended with a dolomite stone to provide a very fine almost smooth textured anti-slip surface.</p> <h3>When applying to tarmac or concrete driveways it is recommended that 5% FLAG HD thinners is added to the first coat</h3>

“Really heavy duty paint, I did my old concrete driveway with it and it looks a treat. Seems very durable, much better than other products. My only criticism is that the technical guy at the suppliers misled me on the coverage. So I had to buy extra paint and thinners and pay double the carriage. My 70m2 drive ended up costing me about £250 to paint.”

“Worked well, went a long way. Two coats have covered the yellow flagstones. Liked that the pint allows the texture of the flags to still be seen,”

“After a couple of horrendous quotes for re doing my front parking area I decided to do it myself. After an internet search I found Promain paints and after asking for advice I was sent an email from Tony W. with his help and advice I had 3 - 5 ltr cans of the Flag Heavy duty elastomeric paint delivered, not cheap but it does the job. I found it was better to use a roller instead of a brush as it covers a wider area and goes off quicker. Watch the weather as this paint does not like rain as I found out. But a good paint and I will use it again in the future.”

“I used the paint on two concrete slab paths down the side of my house that, total length of the slab paths is about 15m, with the slab width approx 800mm. Cleaned and power washed first and then applied the first coat with 10%HD thinners, which covered the slabs really well. Second coat has provided a really good finish, with only a small amount of paint left in the tin. Completely smartened up the pathways, very pleased”
