I do understand there can be a 3 week wait, but it would be nice to know if you have received my sample or has it been lost in the post some where. “Why say 10/14 days if that is not possible? I have waited 5 weeks! I rang for results and was told another week, two weeks later I still have not got any results!! Truth about time scale would help”
