“Already sent a review but have now been asked for another one?! Will keep it quick. Kit arrived quick as did results so that part really good. No over phone technical support available when you ring, just says you get a report which I had to chase 3 times, 2 phone calls and 1 email. Report then had link to a product page that didn’t work and product not on website. Asked via email what alternative was and still no reply weeks later. Sent report to a competitor. Report sent within an hour, asked a question which was also replied quick and ordered products approx 900 pounds which I received 48 hours later. Poor technical support and customer service led to no sale.”

“Have emailed a few times to ask when I should expect my results back to no reply. I do understand there can be a 3 week wait, but it would be nice to know if you have received my sample or has it been lost in the post some where. Along with a reply to my question should I expect results back in the post or via email. Communication would be gratefully received . Many thanks Katie”
