“Have used this for 2 seasons on Mares tail, it is quick and effective in killing it however every year the mares tail has returned so it hasn't done anything to the roots of the mares tail unfortunately.”

Kurtail Evo is a systemic product and so will be having an impact on the root system, unfortunately as Marestial develops an extensive rhizome it does take repeat applications to get complete control. “Amazing product. We moved in to our rented house in the beginning of March and saw the mares tail popping up between the pavements. Before we knew it, we were over-run with the stuff. Bought this and was wary of price but we have no regrets. Done a great job of killing the stuff, hopefully won't come back next year - or not as much anyway. Only note is you're supposed to wait until they turn into mini Christmas tree's before you spray, something we didn't find out until after a few weeks of purchase...”

“I used this on my allotment particularly around concreted paths and paving where the mares tail thrives. I used it in the last week of September and it was all dead in with in the week. I think if I use this several times a year it will knock the mares tail back. It was also very effective against a large clump of bind weed.”
