“The e-learning section was very clear and well-structured; however, the exam did not align well with the material provided. I noticed that several questions in the exam were not covered in the e-learning content. It would be beneficial if the exam focused more closely on the topics presented in the e-learning modules. Additionally, it would be very helpful to receive feedback after the exam, such as which questions were answered correctly or incorrectly. This would allow participants to learn from their mistakes and improve their understanding of the material.”

“I found the robotic voice very frustrating to listen to. I realise I could have turned this off but I prefer to listen that read. The robotic voice was also consistent, swapping between different voices which was also frustrating. The workbook often didn’t seem to match up the slides. There was also lots of information included in other documents which ended up being important but these documents weren’t very obvious or visible so it would have been better if all of the information was together in the slides or workbook. Also, I feel this would have been a lot more engaging if there was a video of a person delivering it whilst showing the slides and reading them out.”

“Apart from having to email several times to chase up my pesticide course. Everything else was fine relating to the course and test. Except at the end where after completeing, the course there was no comeback ie anything to show how i did pass wise or where i went wrong if i failed. Not very constructive at the end for the person taking the course. Just a you passed or you failed. More feedback would be asppreciated.”

“The materials covered everything I needed to know to successfully pass the PA1 assessment. I feel that the materials were very expensive for what they were. The course consisted of a series of videos with PowerPoint presentations, these were pretty painful to sit through as they were narrated via an obviously AI voice that was very robotic. Much of the material in the videos was repeated in a short 44-page PDF booklet. I would have preferred a slightly longer booklet to cover the video content, I would have completed the course in half the time if I could have just read everything in my own time. The course also lacks any kind of mock/test exam papers for you to practice on. In any event the test was straightforward but I would have felt more confident going into it if I had seen some example questions first. The course is actually a Lantra-hosted course just resold by ProGreen so shop around for the best price.”
