“The questions were oblique and did not reflect the training. However the training was clear the exam was not. The questions need to be closer in alignment with the course. I still have not received my paper certificate even though I managed to pass.”

Hi William, Thank you for your feedback - we are sorry to hear that you do not feel the assessment was clear. Any comments like this we are more than happy to pass on to the LANTRA as the exam is created by them. In terms of your paper certificate this can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. You should have received an e-certificate in the mean time. “Excellent course. All the literature supporting the subject was concise and was right on point. The team(s) that put this assessment/test together had done a very thorougher job - everything had been thought through and worked well; there were no issues at all with the system; everything was very well explained and ran smoothly.”

“The materials were good and I passed the exam so they worked for me. The follow up calls and general support were also very good. It might help if the materials that are provided through active power points on line could also be made available in soft copies or physical form so you can print and read them (and make notes on them) when away from he screen or when there is no internet.”
