“The mugs were bought as a special thank you for leaders at a Guide Camp. We think they are splendid and will be a special memento. There was initially a problem with the order meaning we had to resubmit - however the Customer Care Team were extremely prompt in dealing with the situation when they had been alerted to the problem. My initial payment had to be refunded and I had to place the order again and then let them know so that the service could be upgraded.”
