“The mugs were bought as a special thank you for leaders at a Guide Camp. We think they are splendid and will be a special memento. There was initially a problem with the order meaning we had to resubmit - however the Customer Care Team were extremely prompt in dealing with the situation when they had been alerted to the problem. My initial payment had to be refunded and I had to place the order again and then let them know so that the service could be upgraded.”

“Bought three of theses as prizes in a photo competition. The pictures were really good and the message finished them off and turned them into great prizes. Ordered on Sunday evening, Delivered on Tuesday morning. Fab service, couldn't ask for more. Nice one Printster.”
