Assembly instructions were clear and it all went together easily. It was not as heavy as I had feared and is actually really well balanced. It's extremely powerful and I am super happy with the purchase.

Pretty easy to set up, works well only used it with the cord at present not fitted the blade as yet but takes down seeded tall dry grass no problem

Fantastic piece of kit, we have a large property which regularly requires grounds maintenance. Having spent the last 4years with a secondhand petrol strimmer, which regularly needed repairs and was a pig to start. It's a pure delight to have a piece of kit that starts up at the push of a button (no more breaking a sweat before the jobs started!), is quiet, lightweight and with 2x 6ah Makita batteries has run for a good 45mins with battery left over. As expected in areas where it needs to work harder the battery life is shortened but once we've got these areas under control it'll be a breeze. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.
