Makita DUR191UZX3 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Split-Shaft U-Handle Line Trimmer Strimmer Body Only The Makita DUR191UZX3 is an 18v LXT cordless grass line trimmer for professional trimming of green areas powered by a single 18 volt LXT lithium-ion battery. Equipped with ADT (Automatic torque Drive Technology) - automatic speed control feature to adjust the speed that is output be the powerful brushless motor depending on the load. Low vibration, noise levels and good ergonomics ensure high usability. The shaft is in two parts for space-saving, transport and storage. This split-shaft version is supplied body only. 18v LXT lithium-ion batteries and chargers are available separately if required. “easy to set up light enough to work with for long periods and single 18v battery lasted well with brushless motor nice sized head giving good cutting area but compact enough to work in small areas added bonus that tool breaks down to make transport and storage much simpler very good product well thought out tool”

“It is a good quality machine that allows you to use plastic blades or line to strim either thicker stalks of weeds or edge the grass in your garden. When used, it is a lightweight and tireless operation for extended periods of time. I like the bicycle handle when in use but when transporting and storing you have to allow for more room. It does a decent job, I am pleased with it and I have recommended it to others.”

“This product is light and easy to use. Three power settings is very useful, depending on the thickness of what you’re trimming .you adjust accordingly. 1 2 or 3 three. taking the biggest drain from the battery .”

“Along with several other 18v Makita tools, this machine performed even better than I had hoped it might. Obviously it is a grass trimmer, not a brushcutter, use it as such and it doesn’t disappoint.”

“A good tool that does its job very well. Its light and easy to handle and is well up to trimming the very large garden. So much quieter than the usual petrol versions. I should have brought one of these a long time ago.”
