“Purchased a makita lawnmower and it never arrived, I spoke to customer services and they told me I had to contact DHL and fill in online forms as it had been lost. I tried to do this and it didn't work and now they are not replying to phone calls or emails for refund.”

Hello Allan, Our process for undelivered items does not require you to contact DHL directly. We first contact DHL on your behalf to raise an investigation and attempt to resolve the issue. If they are unable to locate your parcel, we do require a DOR (denial of receipt) form signed by yourself. This can be sent in PDF or Word Document format. As soon as this is received, we will issue you with a refund or a replacement item.
