“I am not reviewing the product I am reviewing the absolutely shocking customer service! I have been trying to return a broken product for 4 weeks now and therefore unable to use my saw because they will not supply me with another power pack until the receive my broken one which they haven't even collected yet!!! This is costing me time and money as I am unable to use my equipment! I chase them every other day and get nowhere!”

“Wrong tray insert included. This box was recommended on the website as a case with foam inlay which can be adapted for any tool. It is actually a drill case. Annoying but not an insurmountable problem.”
