Cuts well, sharp blades (at the moment) & I like the cutting face on outside edges of blades. Its balance can be awkward when on a step ladder, with the motor at the blade end makes it front heavy. The extra little swivel safety catch on the trigger is difficult to flip when wearing gardening gloves. I’m using my existing 4.0 Ah batteries which seem to provide adequate time for my hedge cutting. (I’ve not noted the run time but probably a couple of hours stop start) There’s a lot of play in the blade angle adjuster when sweeping the blade side to side, so dare not apply too much pressure. Overall I’m very pleased with it’s performance and cutting quality.

Good value for the money but not particularly effective: short cutting blade which is definitely not as robust as claimed. It’s better than nothing but in its cutting ability, not as advertised.

Motor is in the head can be a little heavy after a duration at long reach. Cuts really well and plenty of power for 18v battery. Head is excellent has a selection of angle change to. Recommend to anyone for large domestic use if required certainly up to the job.

Very good product, maneuverable but after a time the top with the motor on it becomes heavey. Cuts very well would buy again.

A bit heavy but works well when used in conjunction with a petrol trimmer when a lighter trimmer with a long trach is useful.

Excellent cutting skills. If you have the batteries it well worth it. Only slight downside for me is it’s quite heavy front end. Other than that it’s great.

it seems to work well, understandably not as strong as the electric or the petrol versions, however it is more convenient to use and cuts stems of Hawthorne up to about half an inch which is not to bad
