“Beautiful but terrible design. Lovely, solid and nice looking. Whoever designs Pooky lights from a fitting perspective needs to go back to tech school. I have this Roddy and the Mulberry lights. Both have abysmal design for attaching to the ceiling. This one’s bolts aren’t long enough to reach through the holes when the wiring is done behind it. There also isn’t enough space for the waterproof IP44 box to fit behind the light. You have to leave the base plate wobbling half an inch from the ceiling to mount it but then your whole light wobbles and it’s even harder to get the tiny bolts through the tiny holes in three places at once! Seriously you spend all this time and money making such beautiful lights but they have been designed so poorly it beggars belief.”

“Gorgeous light, looks stunning in my hallway. Quick tip on installation, the ceiling plate shouldn't go flush with the ceiling as it needs to hang a bit lower to allow the shade to attach properly.”

“After waiting weeks for its arrival it arrived damaged. Electrician booked in and Customer Services were useless. Do you want it in silver? If I’d wanted it in silver I’d have ordered that colour! Oh and by the way it won’t be back in till April. It’s obvious that no one quality checks the item and the box with about 50 glass strands does not even have fragile or handle with care anywhere. So poor dispatch process. Customer Service said send us an email!, to reconfirm the call, so on 6th Jan emailed and still waiting for the so called fantastic Customer Service to contact me!”
