“We're really pleased with this mirror. It's heavy but looks good. It looks great above our fireplace. We tied the string between the loops a few times, and put a strong fixing in the wall to make sure it would stay put. When I contacted customer services they were quick to respond and sorted an issue out promptly. Thanks.”
