“I had originally bought a cheaper mirror from another company, but wasn't happy with the look, so it was demoted to the hallway and I searched again. So very glad I found this one on pooky, it is such fabulous quality, I especially like the bevelled edge. It's quite heavy but was easy to put up with the wire and fixing kit included (in the bottom of the box and which I nearly threw away!). Extremely happy with this mirror, and with the speedy & efficient delivery.”

“Excellent service, easy ordering and quick delivery. The gold looks much more antique colour in real life compared to the pictures on the website. This is not a problem as it still looks great but it would be good if the website reflected this.”

“Unfortunately the colour doesn’t match those in the photos online, less antique brassy in colour and more like a light browny gold. Anyway, these things happen sometimes when you order online, I contacted customer services who were very prompt and efficient and I’m sending back this week.”

Thank you for sending in your review. Because it is reflective, colour of metalwork is hard to reproduce faithfully, especially when you then factor in the fact that screens of different PCs, tablets and phones will all render colour slightly differently. So we do accept that on occasion, customers will have an expectation of a slightly different colour than the one they receive. This is why free returns are important and i'm glad that your experience of the Pooky customer service team has been a good one.
