“Not sure why but I’ve never eaten venison before. I d been reading about cholesterol and the article recommended it as an alternative to beef.
I cooked it in my Instant Pot for 25mins with carrots , shallots & celery with stock and red wine. So tender, it must be good quality
We’re not big beef eaters but Venison will replace it from now on.”
