“My delivery arrived on time, beautifully and securely wrapped. Defrosted and wrapped in streaky bacon, cooked as directed. Beautiful. It did not dry out. Very tasty both hot and cold. I will definitely order again in the future.”

“I slow cooked this join with juniper berries and apple. It was full of flavour and made a great alternative to traditional roast meats.”
