“The turkey looked wonderful as we unwrapped it, beautifully wrapped and dressed with a lovely bunch of herbs. Cooked splendidly (I always do the tent of foil method) and it was superb, very flavoursome and moist. Plenty left for sandwiches, a leek, cheese and turkey flan tonight, and pieces away in the freezer for pie. Very pleased again - thank you!”
