And now they all say that this Turkey wins over all the other - really superb (I think it’s the thing I now cook best) - turkeys. When people talk about “dry and boring” I simply have no idea how they cook it. Get a Piper Turkey, buy Nigella Lawson’s “feast” book and brine it using her recipe- and cook it according to her time table - people will think you are a master.
Our one was 7.5kg. And divine!
