“This was a beautifully flavorsome turkey, and tasted even better knowing how well it was treated and how sympathetically/sustainably your farm works. That matters hugely to me and my family and we're willing to pay a bit extra on the margins. I really appreciated having the neck and livers (made stock from the neck for gravy and passed the livers on to a very grateful dug). And the wee bundle of herbs was a nice touch! If I hadn't already booked my Christmas turkey with you, I would be doing so for sure.”
