One thing that puzzled us, though was that the packaging directed us to your website for the cooking instructions but these were for a slow cook of 6 - 8 hours which would produce the turkey equivalent of kleftiko. It didn't matter, we just looked up roasting times etc on the web but it did seem odd to have these instructions only, accompanying turkey legs ordered for Christmas delivery, a day when a roast is traditional.”
