“The recipe for Pipers Farm sausages appears to have changed. The skin is now tough and ?man-made, and the texture and taste of the sausage meat is overly smooth and homogenised - not at all the great taste and texture that they used to be. Will be shopping elsewhere for sausages in future.”

Thank you for your review, I am terribly sorry to hear of your disappointment with your sausages. Our recipe has always remained the same with each being handmade by our skilled butchers using just pork, oats, salt and pepper. “These are delicous sausages and a firm family favourite. My children are fussy about sausages but like these as they are fairly plain in seasonings. This doesn't mean the sausages are bland though, they are simply delicous and have a lovely consistency.”
