In a previous delivery, I ordered 4 pies, 2 chicken and 2 beef. I am afraid that they were not very good. The pastry is quite tough and the meat rather tough and dry. The use by date was November.”
“As a retired Master Butcher. I thought that I would give your meat a try. The belly pork joint that I received was the tail end of the belly. Surely the price that you charge. The customer deserves the thick end of belly. The piece that I received would have been better going into sausage. I usually buy my meat from a butcher that buys his cattle live from the Auction market. I did think that the way you rear your animals. The taste of the meat would be much better. However. I’m sorry to say. It didn’t live up to expectation.”
