“Gammon was absolutely outstanding. Still eating it a couple of days later. Cooked it with a honey & mustard glaze, delicious. Will definitely get this again, not even necessarily for Christmas.”

“The meat itself looks lovely though we are yet to cook it. However it has been cut down the length of the joint meaning that the fat doesn't wrap all round as it usually does or as is shown in the pictures which is a shame as that's always the best bit!”
