Pipers Farm supplied us with tough and tasteless escalopes. Liz in customer service firstly suggested that we had cooked them incorrectly and secondly offered a £10 discount on a further order. Our cocker spaniel struggled to eat the escalopes but Pipers Farm are not prepared to treat customer complaints with the importance that they warrant!”
