“The joint was lovely, but I was most disappointed with the butchery. I wanted to stuff the joint and removed the string to cut a pocket to put in the stuffing, only to find that the joint was in two separate pieces and further detached from the skin. I was able to join it all back together and re-string, but this meant that the meat could not be cut in stuffed slices, but it all fell apart.”
