“Absolutely beautiful, I find searing the fat to make it crispy and then cooking the meat around 2minutes a side for a total of 6-8 minutes cooks it beautifully. Great with homemade beef bone gravy, mash and veg.”
“I think the butcher making those cuts needs extra training. They come thick on fatty side and less super thin on the other. Not sure how am I supposed to cook them now. I wish I could attach a photo. The meat quality is okay.”
