“I was really pleased to receive a 'home grown' lardo convenient in the frozen packs. My only gripe is they aren’t either chunks you can slice yourself or the finer slices I’m used to, more like thick slices, but that said it’s really good and will be a regular buy.”

Had the roasting tin in the oven preheating with Lardo added.
Lardo melted partially, and added the potatoes, scattered the reduced down bits of lardo around the tin, they then gradually gave off their remaining fat. End result was very nice roast potatoes and scraps of what looked like pork scratchings as all that was left of the lardo.”
