“Very delicious, my only criticism was that there was no recipe with the item, nor on your website. Given the different nature of your offering, ie. not just the meaty part, a recipe would have been very useful. As it was I resorted to finding a recipe on the website of another online butcher/farm shop, which I'm sure you don't want to encourage!”
“Delicious! I have cooked the pork cheeks in my slow cooker and in my pressure cooker and they have been tender and very tasty. I have grilled the cheeks after cooking in my pressure cooker which has also been very good. I love eating plain pork fat with the skin and a bit of salt and this is a perfect cut of pork for that!
