“On arrival these looked rather fatty and I was a bit disappointed. However, when cooked as suggested, the fat melted away to leave the tastiest pork chop I have eaten in many years. Simply delicious!,”
“There was more fat than I expected, but the strip of fat cooked down very well into a caramelised and melting "rind". Delicious overall. Best tackled with fingers and teeth!
The dripping from the pan was awesome and was used for roast potatoes - also awesome!”
