“We have had hit and miss with these gammon steaks, the last couple we cooked had a lot of gristle and were not enjoyable. We have also had some in the past that were unbearably salty, if we get a good one they are the tastiest you can get but I'm probably not going to buy these again as it's too much of a lottery. Its disappointing when you pay for quality meat and you are served such poor cuts which should never be sent out.”
