“Tasty but the crackling was disappointing . I followed your cider recipe with the confit potatoes and all in all lovely but the crackling hadn’t been scored and was soft after cooking for 2 hours assumed by following yr recipe that it would work !!!!!!”

I'm sorry that the crackling was disappointing, we find that the crackling is usually excellent without scoring and I am sorry that was not your experience.
