“2 weeks ago we cooked and ate a piece of pork loin which we purchased from you a couple of months ago which was excellent and our lunch guests remarked on it. I purchased the joint below for a family lunch last Sunday and when cooked I was really disappointed with the piece of meat as it was very dark meat and looked more like rolled leg or shoulder and not the white loin meat I expected.”
