Seared then roasted for 20 mins, really delicious, but it was barely enough for 1 adult and 1 child!

Hi Hazel, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the Native Breed Pork Tenderloin you purchased, but I appreciate you letting me know. Due to the Properly Free Range nature of our pigs, sizes and shapes of the Pork Tenderloin may vary. We always ensure that each portion of Tenderloin weighs approximately 250g and that the cut is beautifully lean and I would hope that the taste would still be sweet and delicious. If you would like to discuss the Pork Tenderloin further with me, please do get in touch either by telephone on 01392 881380 or by email hello@pipersfarm.com and quote your order number? All the best Liz - Pipers Farm

In comparison with your standard supermarket tenderloin it looks really small for the price. The cook it. Follow the instructions below ie. sear 2 mins per side, no oven required. Tastiest tenderloin I’ve ever cooked myself, absolutely worth it!

The sweet tenderloins are petite and precious. They cooked up brilliantly on the grill and so succulent and tender, couldn't ask for better!
