“These are stunning. Exceptional value for money;, they are much larger than I expected, a very generous cut. Plenty of meat. I originally bought these for soups but now I slow roast them - the meat is exceptional and the crackling is fantastic. If I'm completely honest, I slowroast them so I can scoff the crackling before anyone else in the house cottons on. These hocks are delicious and very good value for money especially considering they are top quality. Go for it - you won't be disappointed.”
