“Bought as an experiment as hadn't cooked the like before. Slow low with red wine it was amazingly rich, juicy falling off the bones. A real winter warmer especially when you don't mind the oven being on for 6-7 hours! It takes a bit of work shedding the cooked lamb off the bones but goodness it's worth it!
