1st time buying breast and even after slow cooking the breast roll found it to have too much fat content inside and around it. Will stick to neck for braising

Hello Margaret Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review about the lamb breast here at Pipers Farm. We are so sorry to hear about your awful experience with the lamb breast. Seeing all you had to say about sounds absolutely terrible and we can only apologise for this. I have passed this back to the team so we can take a look into this and find out what could have happened to this product. We will refund you for the product and would like to offer you a gift voucher as a way of apologising for this mess. Please contact us at hello@pipersfarm.com and we can sort this out for you. Many thanks Pipers Farm

It says that recipe instructions are on the website but I couldn't find them, maybe an oversight. I looked up a number of recipes and was delighted with the result. The joint is boned which made it much easier to cook and carve.
