“We are really enjoying our Piper’s Farm boxes. We started to get them after watching a TV programme on the development of soya production in South America for cattle food. We decided that if we are going to eat meat then it must come from the UK and be fed sustainably. Our biggest qualm about your products is that they come packed in single use plastic. We hope you will work towards a product that is more sustainably packaged. We also try to make the most of each piece of meat. For nstance, the half shoulder served us as a roast, then a lamb pilaff and finally Moroccan lamb bone soup, Harrira, which is a great favourite of ours. The lamb mince was made into moussaka which gave us two meals each.”
