“Well. How tender was that.!. I used it for a Navarine instead of cutlets, and reckon I had far more meat than a cutlet would have. I know that the bones are for flavour but we like the meat as well. The quality of the diced meat was perfect, as I have become to expect with everything.”
“We decided to use this product in a curry. Usually, lamb takes a lot of slow cooking to get it tender but this was beautiful meat that didn't take long to cook. Very high praise from the family as it was 'melt in the mouth'. Will order again.”
