“The meat itself was lovely, remarkably sweet. However, the cooking instructions are very poor. 30 minutes was far too short a time. It took over an hour. I thought 30 minutes was too short but not having roasted lamb on the bone before I went with it. The instructions need to be changed.”

“We had a leg of lamb last Easter and it was delicious. We had another leg this year and it was wonderful! Tender, juicy, flavourful and it had a thin, delicious layer of crackling. Absolutely yummy! Thank you for producing such consistently, tasty meat.”
