“Absolutely delicious lamb. Amongst some of the loveliest I have tasted, with a deep and rich flavour. I even managed to convert one of my dinner guests who doesn’t usually enjoy lamb. I ordered 8 of these for a dinner party and the racks were neat and even, so looked nice on the plate.”

“Absolutely tremendous. We had 3 racks between 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Cooked them until they were 57 degrees in the middle and then let them rest for 10 minutes. Beautifully pink in the middle and cut like soft butter. Tasted amazing. Will definitely buy again and 100% recommend. It may sound a little odd but eating this lamb made me feel really happy.”
