“This has blown me away! As someone who never eats lamb because I have never enjoyed the flavour and the amount of fat, I am now converted!! Melt in the mouth, juicy and knowing that it’s grass-fed high welfare meat makes all the difference. You can really taste the difference with the quality, it’s worth spending that tiny bit more for the I elevated flavour. Do not think twice about these 10/10.”
“Oh my goodness our first time trying your rack of lamb and it was absolutely outstanding. Scored and seasoned the fat, rendered down in a frying pan, took ages but really worth doing, then air fryer for 6 minutes and left to rest for over 10 minutes. Beautifully pink, unbelievably tasty and succulent, I’ve just ordered 2 more, delicious.”

“Absolutely delicious lamb. Amongst some of the loveliest I have tasted, with a deep and rich flavour. I even managed to convert one of my dinner guests who doesn’t usually enjoy lamb. I ordered 8 of these for a dinner party and the racks were neat and even, so looked nice on the plate.”

“Absolutely tremendous. We had 3 racks between 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Cooked them until they were 57 degrees in the middle and then let them rest for 10 minutes. Beautifully pink in the middle and cut like soft butter. Tasted amazing. Will definitely buy again and 100% recommend. It may sound a little odd but eating this lamb made me feel really happy.”
