“Was well prepared, with excess fat already removed and sealed in a bag, just like the giblets. Was pleasantly surprised to find it even had a bouquet of fresh herbs in the neck. I used my own recipe as usual and the bird was amazing. Incredibly tender and juicy; I did use remote temperature probes to monitor the cooking but the instructions included would have delivered an excellent roast goose if you followed them.”
