“Having been nagged by my son to have goose at Christmas, instead of turkey, I decided not to risk buying a full bird but instead bought a goose breast for him - now converted! We all tried a little (much to the boys dismay) and loved it. Full of flavour and a doddle to cook. Arrived on time and well-packaged, in optimum condition. May have to rethink next years menu.....”
