“I ordered these as an experiment as I’m not a lover of much spice and the words ‘scotch bonnet’ alarmed me slightly. But I thought let’s be brave, reviews are good, I trust Pipers, liked the plain chicken sausages which I’ve ordered a few times. Let’s go for it. Well, first hesitant bite - wow, these are just gorgeous. Second bite - yes, I wasn’t imagining it, pretty fine. Polished off two big air-fried sausages (180 for 15 mins) and decided these are the best sausages I’ve ever had. Skins aren’t chewy (hear that Heck? I will never buy your stuff again). Please never discontinue these Nashville sausages. They are just fabulous.”

“I had not tried them before but they were really tasty and unlike supermarket sausages I could be sure there were no nasties in them and they didn't shrink in size when cooked.”
