“Great product and packaging was spot on. I'd not realised from the website that it would be frozen do this was a surprise when it arrived, especially as I'd planned to cook it on the day it arrived and with not enough time to defrost and cook it I had to change my plans.
Secondly I hadn't realised that the weight included the giblets, again not what I'd expected so a little under the weight I had originally planned the meal for.
However the chicken was absolutely superb and I was impressed with the dedication and welfare standards and I would purchase again now I understand how it all works. The leaflet inside the parcel was spot on, just the right amount of information and stunning photography. They really demonstrate how much they care about the whole experience.”
