“Wonderful chicken. I follow the cooking guidelines from Pipers Farm and it always turns out perfectly. Compared to other chicken from different places I’ve bought in the past (which is still high quality), this is in a league of its own. It browns much more evenly in the oven, and it has a perfect skin and juicy meat when it’s done. It’s very forgiving as it doesn’t dry out half as much as other chicken I’ve used in the past if I accidentally leave it to cook a little too long.”
