“Bought for out 11 month old daughter as I want her to be exposed to all foods. She loved it simply cooked with apple and onion. I froze some portions too. Would buy again to make pâté with. I don't like buying meat unless it's free range and this is even more important to me when it comes to offal.
I tried the dish too and the liver was wonderfully smooth and full of flavour.”
“Great to finally find an ethical farm shop using real farming methods. You pay more but you really do get what you pay for, if more people would choose to support sustainable farming practices then we would all be better for it. I for one will happily do my meat shopping with pipers farm going forward !”
