“Brilliant chicken, I roasted it after a bit of browning over the breast in a frying pan, but when roasting I was careful to keep breasts slightly lifted over a wire rack whilst cooking to avoid risk of broiling.
Used the chicken for guest in a Cesar salad with radishes, and Roman lettuce ,absolutely delicious and one can cook the chicken the night before. Perfect.”
